2. Topographical Map
3. Detailed layout plan of different processes & point sources of effluent discharge/emissions & position of stacks and documents including DG set capacity in KVA.
4. Process flow sheet
5. Details of Air/Water pollution control devices proposed to be installed.
6. Ambient air quality report (if applicable).
7. SSI certificate/NOC from Directorate of Industries, Govt of Maharashtra.
8. DGTD registration (if applicable).
9. Details of chemical reactions with mass balance.
10. Consent fees in the form of DD drawn in favour of MPCB.
11. Local body NOC.
12. Undertaking on Rs 20 stamp paper or Chartered accountant certificate about proposed capital investment (Land, building, machineries)

1. Point no. 3 to 10 as above.
2. Latest analysis report of effluent, flue gases, solid & hazardous wastes.
3. Photocopy of previous consent (for renewal only).
4. Photocopy of EC of Govt of Maharashtra or photocopy of 'first Consent to Operate' of Govt of India for industries/processes requiring EC.
